The Results of the Dredging Survey - The results of the dredging survey have been tabulated with a 79% support for the dredging project. The response represented 265 lots, and the Board wants to thank everyone who returned their survey. With this overwhelming support level the Board feels it can now expend some additional funds to move the process forward to a point where we can provide the detail required to ask for funding approval. The steps required to implement dredging will be presented at the Spring General Membership meeting.

Important Reminder - When driving a snowmobile, A.T.V., etc., please be careful not to cross onto other people's property. This is a trespassing issue and has recently caused property damage around the lake.

Grass Clippings & Leaves: As a member of the Lake Templene Property Owners Association it is important that you take steps to preserve the quality of our lake, which directly effects the quality and value of your and your neighbor's properties. There has recently been some problems with excess grass clipping and leaves getting into the lake. These are nutrients that adversely effect the quality of the lake water, so please take appropriate steps to keep them from entering the lake from your property. Click here for additional information on keeping nutrients from entering the lake.
